I finished this book this morning and my heart is still racing. I wish I could go back and slow down and savor it all over again.
In the third book of the Me Before You series, Louisa Clark has uprooted her life and moved to New York City to work as an assistant for a wealthy family on Fifth Avenue. As she acclimates to her new environment, she finds herself struggling to maintain her transatlantic relationship, balance the work demands of the upper echelons of society, and amble down the road of self discovery. Finally, in the third book of this series, she’s discovered the person who she’s truly meant to be, rather than changing herself to fit other people’s expectations.
I would read this book before falling asleep and wake up 45 minutes before my alarm to squeeze in more of Lou’s hilarious, heartbreaking, and inspiring story. I think everyone who reads this series can’t help but find a way to relate to her, and that’s something truly special about Moyes’ writing.
